Conditions of purchase
To purchase products, you have to complete the form with the necessary information to process your order. We advise you to give a phone number to fasten the process. While registering, kindly give your consent for processing and disclosure of your personal data so as to keep up to the conditions of the data protection law.
With the password that you would choose you can select one of the product categories that are in the menu “BUY”. On this page there are all the products that belong to the category along with the information about their characteristics. To open the details just click on the product.
To buy the selected product, go to the corresponding product’s cart and then click. This would open a screen where you can enter the desired quantity in the box and proceed to check – out.
You can pay by CREDIT CARD or make BANK TRANSFER. After the payment’s made you would be provided with the confirmation operation and the summary of all that’s been purchased.
For all purchases made, the Customer has the right of withdraw. The Customer, according to the Legislative law 06/09/95 No. 206 has the right to terminate the contract and return the goods within 10 days from their receipt by writing to email@example.com. We will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping charges and bank transfer would be turned back within 10 days calculated from the return of the goods. The customer must contact the bank immediately. In case, the payment was made by the credit card, we will process a return.

MODE OF PAYMENT
The customer may pay by CREDIT CARD or with his/her PAYPAL ACCOUNT, or by Cash on DELIVERY with additional expenses amounted to € 7.00 for organising BANK TRANSFER (no additional charge). The IBAN of our bank would be provided on request by emailing email@example.com.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Transportation charges or shipping charges, customs duties or any other taxes on import, in customer’s country are not included. Our products would be dispatched from Miccoli in Andria (Italy). They would be well packed by our courier services that would deliver at the address indicated by the customer while ordering the products. After the verification of the payment, the goods will be delivered within 4-5 working days in case of domestic consignments while foreign consignments would require 7-8 working days depending on the local services of that country. The verification of payment is made immediately when goods are bought using a credit card and could take a few days when it’s by ” bank transfer”. An invoice will be sent along with the goods. We advice you to always check the number and condition of the packages. In case of anomaly, kindly inform the courier services and resolve the issue with them. In order to ensure a timely delivery , please give a correct address while registering on site. Our courier services deliver during regular business hours ( 0900-1700 hours). Hence, you are advised to give an address where someone will surely be available to receive the consignment and help our employees to perform their job efficiently. By leaving us your telephone number, you can we can minimise the effort of our courier services and ensure the prompt delivery of our products.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically when products are put in the basket and will appear in the final summary with a separate entry. This will allow you to check the cost of shipping before placing your order .
