APPEARANCE: Veiled by natural settling.

DENSITY : Medium Fluidity

COLOUR : Light green with golden reflections

AROMA : Clear oil with hints of grass and fresh tomato.

TASTE : Medium fruity has almond taste and is slightly bitter and spicy.

USE : It’s an excellent seasoning for each dish. It’s recommended with raw fish, baked,steamed , grilled or marinated seafood, white meats, salads, bland dishes .
